Snap to logAfter the shot, everything is automatic: dish name, calories, P/F/C, fiber, sugar and sodium estimates, meal type, restaurant and saving.

You can also search help by keyword in the app under Settings → Support → Help.

The estimated calories or dish name are off

Fix them in Edit Dish. Corrected names appear as suggestions next time. Importing a restaurant's published values or a recipe link from Edit Dish makes them more accurate.

The restaurant isn't filled in

Check that location access is allowed for the Camera app and for Foodn in iPhone Settings. For photos picked from your library, the location stored in the photo is used.

Analysis fails or hits a limit

Most failures are temporary congestion or connection issues. Please wait and try again. Photos taken while at the limit are saved as "waiting for analysis" and analyzed automatically once the limit resets.

I want to move my records to another app

Settings → Data → Export data exports all records as CSV (photos not included).

I want my data deleted

Deleting the app removes the records and photos on your device. If you signed in for cloud sync or friends, you can delete your account and cloud data on My Page.
